Standing before the court of Milan, Miranda is judged to have abused her god given powers to sing, be evoking the note of God and the heavens and therefore entrancing the people of Milan. This 'witch craft' will see her banished once more to 'Prospero's Island'. But Ariel, now freed, will not let Miranda's punishment stand.

Brand new for 2026 a new concept in Improv Theatre Speechless a complete silent movie, with accompanying live music, from Mike Hatchard with shadow work and silhouette projections. Taking on board audience suggestions and titles for the film, a whole three act silent movie will be created from scratch, expect: villainous villains, demur heart-throbs, pathos, comedy, slapstick and even chases .
This new show will be available from May 2026 and will be suitable for small / medium scale theatres and we will be premiering the full performance at the Hastings Comedy festival June 2026

Cycling in France is worshipped, respected, it is a national sport, in the UK it is the stuff of ridicule, abuse and Clarkson bullying. But for many writers and artists it is more than mere transportation, it is transcendental and transforming.
Exploring a lifetime of cycling via Becket, Byrnes and O'Brien Lantern Rouge will aim to change attitudes to cycling and to destroy urban myths about the importance of the win. I hope the project will change attitudes to cycling and open up a discussion around urban spaces and the relationship between pedestrians, cyclists, car uses and city planners. This is a play for the underdog the also-ran for those who never entered the race with the intention of winning, but nonetheless came out on top.
