Commissioned by Hastings Common Ground for a new festival in 2024 this is part story-telling of the history of the America Ground in Hastings and part exploration of the need for land and fair rents in Hastings and other seaside towns. Music by Bob Tipler and Script and direction by John Knowles ‘Les Miserable meets Passport to Pimlico with Sea Shanties’.
